5️⃣ The TMDI and Payment Fee Clause
Explosion Market applies two operational fees per transaction:
- TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation):
- Covers platform management, logistics coordination, and customer service.
- It is not a tax and is non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Payment Processing Fee:
- Typically 5% (may vary by payment gateway).
- Covers the costs of financial processing, transaction verification, and security handling.
- Deducted automatically from the seller’s payout and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
By using Explosion Market, you expressly consent to the application of both charges.

- Explosion LLC (USA) and Explosion S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) for operational, tax, and compliance purposes.
