2️⃣ Scope of Application
This policy applies to all suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and external service providers who collaborate or enter into agreements with Explosion Group, including:
- Suppliers of products, raw materials, or collectibles
- Logistics and transport companies
- Service providers (marketing, design, IT, consulting)
- Financial and payment intermediaries
- International import/export partners
It covers all interactions carried out through Explosion Market, Explosion Distributions, or any related digital or physical communication channel.
3️⃣ Information We Collect
Explosion Group may collect the following types of supplier information:

- Company name, tax ID (RFC, EIN, VAT, etc.)
- Legal representative and authorized signatories
- Address, country of registration, and contact details

- Bank account or payment information (for settlements and transfers)

- Service agreements, NDAs, and supplier codes

Explosion Group does not collect or store unnecessary personal data from supplier employees or representatives beyond what is needed for compliance and operational purposes.
4️⃣ Purpose of Data Processing
Supplier information is collected and processed strictly for business purposes, including:
- Supplier verification, onboarding, and due diligence
- Contract negotiation, execution, and documentation
- Product procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Invoicing, payments, and tax compliance
- Application of the TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation) where applicable
- Internal accounting and reporting between Explosion S.A. de C.V. and Explosion LLC
- Legal compliance and audit purposes
Data will not be used for marketing unless explicitly authorized.
5️⃣ TMDI and Financial Transparency Clause
Explosion Group applies a TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation) to certain transactions and intercompany operations.
This tariff ensures administrative and fiscal traceability between Explosion LLC (U.S.A.) and Explosion S.A. de C.V.(Mexico).
Any supplier data used in the calculation, audit, or reporting of TMDI is processed internally under secure conditions and is not shared with third parties beyond tax or legal obligations.
6️⃣ Data Sharing and International Transfers
Supplier information may be shared only with:
- Explosion LLC and Explosion S.A. de C.V. (for consolidated accounting)
- Official financial institutions and payment processors
- Logistics partners and customs agents (for shipping documentation)
- Tax and legal authorities (when required by law)
All transfers between Mexico and the U.S. are protected under:
- GDPR Article 46 – Standard Contractual Clauses
- LFPDPPP Chapter VI – International Transfers

All supplier and partner data is treated as strictly confidential.
Explosion Group and its personnel are bound by internal confidentiality agreements and digital access controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
No supplier data will ever be sold, traded, or used for purposes unrelated to contractual operations.
8️⃣ Data Retention
Supplier data will be stored only for the period required by:
- Active business relationships
- Applicable fiscal and legal requirements
- Recordkeeping obligations (up to 10 years for accounting data)
After this period, information will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Explosion Group implements strong security controls, including:
- Encrypted communications and secure servers
- Restricted employee access by role

🔟 Rights of Suppliers (ARCO / GDPR)
Suppliers and partners may request at any time:

- Deletion of data once contractual obligations end

Requests must be submitted in writing to contacto@explosion.support, including company name, representative identification, and a brief description of the request.
Explosion Group will respond within 15 business days.
